Waves and Ripples in Liquid Films

AbstractIn this paper we present a mathematical model for two- dimensional incompressible flow in a symmetric thin liquid films with the viscosity forces, which can be very small, compared with surface tension and inertia forces. We obtain the governing differential equation for such flow, we also determine the solution of equations and also we consider an inviscid waves in thin films.
